Choose a center
Find the center closest to you. Check the opening hours before you go.

Prepare for your visit
Eat normally, stay hydrated, bring a photo ID, and wear comfortable clothing.

Come in
The PNST team takes care of you from the moment you arrive. Allow about one hour for the entire visit.
Becoming a regular donor
From your very first donation, a donor file is created in your name in the PNST’s system. By becoming a regular donor, you join the national network of voluntary donors, a simple, flexible commitment that makes a measurable difference for Haitian patients.
- Men: up to 4 donations per year, with a minimum interval of 12 weeks between donations.
- Women: up to 3 donations per year, with a minimum interval of 16 weeks between donations.
